REV. LIN HALL
PRESIDENT AND EXECUTIVE STATE DIRECTOR

Lin served in the military, as an officer in banking, in law enforcement, as the Chaves County Commissioner, executive of corporations, and served as an Associate Pastor before founding Teen Challenge of New Mexico. He completed his Biblical Studies through Berean Bible College. He is Ordained and is recognized as a U. S. Home Missionary through the Assemblies of God. Lin also served as the Bernalillo County Sheriffs Chaplain for twelve years.

Lin, along with his wife Kathy, founded Teen Challenge of New Mexico, Inc. in 1984, and continues to serve as its President and Chief Executive Officer. 

REV. KATHY HALL
ASSISTANT EXECUTIVE STATE DIRECTOR

Kathy worked in accounting, sales, and decorating before teaching in Public and Christian Schools. She received special training in Remedial Reading.

Kathy is Ordained and recognized as a U.S. Missionary with the Assemblies of God. She completed her Biblical Studies through the Berean Bible College.

Kathy has been teaching Accelerated Christian Education for more than thirty-three years.

In 1984, she and her husband, Lin, founded Teen Challenge of New Mexico where she serves as the Associate Executive State Director. She served on the National Teen Challenge Curriculum Revision Committee for five years and taught various classes for the Regional and National Teen Challenge Conferences.

She is a speaker and author, and an Advanced Personality Profile Trainer with CLASSEMINARS, Inc. which enables her to enhance students' Spiritual Life, Emotional Needs, Effective Learning Modes, Future Career Decisions, Personal Relationships, and Personality Strengths. God created individuals with traits that are different from anyone else. Students receive specific instructions for their specific needs. 

REV. LESLIE MARTINEZ
ASSISTANT CENTER DIRECTOR

Leslie worked at Los Alamos National Laboratory, attended Southwestern Assemblies of God University where she earned her degree in Christian Counseling in Psychology before serving at Teen Challenge of New Mexico. She is an ordained minister with the Assemblies of God, Central District. Leslie is a speaker and special vocalist.

Leslie came to be on staff alongside Lin and Kathy in 1998. She is the Intake Director, works in the office, and serves as Live-in-Staff.


There are also other Classroom Staff and Live-in-Staff. The student to staff ratio is six to one.
